Ray Brown fixed our refrigerator. He was quick, knowledgeable, and very kind. We would definitely use him again, and refer him to others. 100% satisfied!

Service was great. He arrived on time, looked at our 2 appliances. Fixed the dishwasher, and looked at the washing machine and we decided it wasn’t worth saving. Pricing was fair and over all a good experience.

Faithful's tech Ray is one of the best repairmen we have ever had. He really went the extra mile to repair our Dacor refrig (a product of samsung high end overpriced and nothing but trouble. )Last Aug 2025 we had to have the same repair that we had to have in July of 2026. He used his knowledge the guide and what the good repairman used last year to get it repaired. Last year I tried to have american home shield's repairman fix it which mint we were 3-4 summer mos no fridge and the ahs repairmen LIED said they had the part they did not so I had to find my own repairman. Ray and Faithful are the very ones to use and it was such a good research and repair that this should last on this high end Dacor and if it doesn't Ray and Faithful will be the company that I call. On time & good explanation of what and why this was happening, and we feel confident that this repair mite last longer on a "high end" product.

Ray was very professional and courteous. He very quickly ran diagnostics on our Sub-Zero freezer. Changed the thermostat and our freezer up and running in probably less than an hour.
